Here’s what you can expect from Kick HIIT! classes: 🔥 Interval Circuit Training – You’ll work in short, high-energy bursts (45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) to maximize calorie burn and improve physical stamina. 🥋Martial Arts Moves – Punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes that will strengthen your entire body, build mind and body endurance, and strengthen your muscles 💪 Full-Body Workout – Each class targets multiple muscle groups with bodyweight exercises, martial arts moves, resistance bands, and core work for a total-body burn. ⚡ High Energy & Fun Vibes – Positive and motivating group atmosphere will keep you pushing through every round, getting stronger together each week! ✅ All Fitness Levels Welcome – Whether you’re a beginner or a pro at HIIT, the class is work at your own pace!
